InHouse Virus/Malware removal for $50. This is where you drop-off your system at our location. If you want us to pick it up and return it same day to you we charge only $70.

On-site Computer Service Rates

Weather you are in Edmonton or surrounding areas, our flat on-site service rate where we come to your door is $70/hr. Our Onsite Service operates 24 hours. Most computer troubles such as virus/spyware removal can be fixed within an hour. For something we can't fix we do not charge.

Our on-site IT or Computer service rate includes anything such as:

IT Services
- Setting up small to medium networks in offices such as Router and Switch installations
- Setting up computer systems (including servers) of Windows 2003/2008 and UNIX systems (any flavour of Linux)
- Security analysis and configuration of your local or wireless network, firewall installations (hardware and software)
- Power backups (UPS systems)
- Data storage and sharing systems
- Virus removal, software installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), Microsoft Office, Mail Server, FTP Server, Web server, Active Directory, VPN Client/Server, Printer server, Password reset, fax systems etc.
Computer Services
- Component installation of Hard Drives, Media ROM (CD/DVD), Video Cards, Sound cards, Memory, Power Supply, Batteries
- Relocating computers
- Recycling computers (for disposal or reusable parts)
- Training in using Operating System(s) and applications such as Microsoft Office
- Free of charge tested reusable used parts for client machines (RAM, Power Supply, Media ROM) to help protect the environment (if they work why not reuse them?) etc.
