Regular Service Rates
To save you money we can pick up your computer from your location and after it is serviced it will be returned the following day. This is our regular service rate at $60/hr. Regular Service rate includes Remote IT, Computer, and Technical Support Services.
Our remote IT or Computer service rate includes anything such as:

- Configuring computer systems (including servers) of Windows 2000/2003 and UNIX systems (any flavour of Linux)
- Security analysis and configuration of your local or wireless network, firewall installations (hardware and software)
- Virus removal, software installation and configuration of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), Microsoft Office, Mail Server, FTP Server, Web server, Active Directory, VPN Client/Server, Printer server, Password reset, fax systems etc.
- Computer Services where we pickup your computer from your location
- Component diagnostics and installation of Hard Drives, Media ROM (CD/DVD), Video Cards, Sound cards, Memory, Power Supply, Batteries, laptop screen replacement etc.
- Custom computer systems according to your needs.
